The documents signed with CertifiO for Departments are immediately recognized by Adobe, with no configuration. To do this, Adobe requires that the digital signature be stored on a cryptographic token. Subscriptions to CertifiO for Departments include a cryptographic token. No custom software installation is required to use the token; it is recognized by Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10, which automatically installs the appropriate drivers without your intervention.
