You know Notarius through our digital signature and our reputation. However our real added value goes far beyond these elements. Here is the real Notarius edge.

Notarius is now partnered with over 20 professional bodies and associations. This recognition is unparalleled in the professional sector.
Founded in 1996 by the Chambre des notaires du Québec, a member of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Notarius has earned a strong reputation through its partnerships with more than 20 professional bodies and associations in Canada.
The very best in document reliability
For documents that require the highest reliability and those that require real longevity of use, including land registry documents, engineering plans and estimates or bank payment instructions, Notarius provides solutions with the highest international standards: Notarius is certified ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security Management System). This is why we invite our partners and customers to expand the application of the PDF/A format, itself derived from the ISO 19005 standard. Highly customer-oriented
Simply issuing digital signature certificates is not enough. Unlike typical certification authorities, Notarius is not confined to only issuing these certificates. We also offer complementary solutions. For example, Notarius innovated by creating ConsignO , which is included with subscriptions to CertifiO for Professionals and CertifiO for Employees. Notarius also offers server versions of CertifiO and ConsignO. Lastly, Notarius also meets the needs of employers with VerifiO , which allows for the efficient and extremely low-cost verification of digitally signed documents.
Extensive and globally recognized expertise
To verify document reliability, you must ensure the origin, integrity, authenticity and longevity of a document. In terms of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), you must combine three areas of expertise in order to perform this verification: The digital signature, the PDF/A standard and the applicable law. Notarius is the only Certification Authority to combine extensive expertise in these three areas, and is therefore also recognized by the PDF Association and the Federation of Trusted Third Party.
Notarius was founded as a non-profit organization (NPO) and its prices were set accordingly. When Notarius was continued as a commercial enterprise in 2012, prices did not increase; in fact, they decreased. When conducting a comparative analysis of the market, our partners and customers realized that they were unable to find alternative solutions offering a comparable level of document reliability for a similar or lower price.

Notarius was founded as a non-profit organization (NPO), and its prices were set accordingly. When we grew into a commercial enterprise in 2012, our prices did not increase; in fact, they became even lower than before. Our partners and customers know that only Notarius offers document reliability of this kind at such a great price.
